RESTRICTIONS

• FAA regulations require all passengers and bags to be weighed at check-in. An additional seat charge applies if a single passenger weighs 240 lbs or more, if two passengers have a combined weight of 420 lbs or more, or if groups of three or more have an average weight of 200 lbs per person or more. An additional seat must be purchased at the time of booking if any of these weight limits are exceeded. This is to ensure the safety and comfort of all our passengers. It is important to provide accurate body weight when booking. This Policy is STRICTLY ENFORCED. Guests will be weighed on site and a refund will not be available if you are outside the limits. Upgrade to front seat (must book both seats) Maximum combined weight cannot exceed 380 pounds. If a couple weighs more than 380 lbs at check in they will forfeit the front seat and a refund will not be available.
